Estrangement is often the last resort after years of trying. Telling someone to 'just fix it' dismisses the mountain they've already climbed.

Wild to think some peopleās brains are justā¦ quiet. Meanwhile mineās got 14 tabs open, 3 songs playing, and a guy yelling ādid you turn the stove off?ā on loop.
Spent 20 minutes rehearsing what to say only to be greeted with awkward silence and sudden topic changes.
The fastest way to recover isnāt pushing through. Itās stopping before you collapse.
ADHD burnout isnāt just about exhaustion ā itās a cycle: performance ā decline ā burnout ā prolonged recovery. Breaking it starts with noticing the first dip.
