Once again vets and vet nurses are forgotten about. If you're sick who looks after your animals? Whole humans are priorities in a very dire situation animal welfare is extremely important.

[Thread] Let me tell you about period poverty from someone who grew up poor. TW for trauma: My mum didn't believe me when I told her my period had started becayse I'd had a false alarm a few weeks before. So she wouldn't give me pads at all for the first few days so I bled

If a person from a marginalised group asks you not to use a word they find upsetting it's not your job to tell them the word isn't offensive. Even if you're also from said marginalised group & YOU don't think it's a slur. Your job is to shut the FUCK up & be kind. Bloody hell.

Can anyone answer a question for me? I want to donate blood and stem cells but am below their weight limit. Weight limit is 7 stone 12lb and I'm roughly 7 stone 6ish. Would that make a massive difference? Can't they just take a smidgen less or no? #giveblood #stemcell #dkms

Last Christmas my dad was undergoing chemotherapy. This Christmas I've badly hurt my back and am on a cocktail of drugs. Next year will be be our year hey! 😂
