Kenya should consider implementing a "pre-voting aptitude test" to assess voters' intellectual capacity. Only those who pass should be allowed to vote, as our country needs intelligent voters to make a difference. Just take a look at our current leaders … it's unbelievable.
@MinjiMoriah Or we can do away with voting and elections altogether. These are bad systems that were introduced by colonialists/imperialists and it leads to greed, corruption, poverty, and dysfunctional states
@MinjiMoriah @IGChero_Ke I'm tempted to say Kambas should be allowed to vote on behalf of other Kenyans (for president) but you guys will be on my case. See ukambani leadership. No drama
@MinjiMoriah Voter education should continue beyond the elections esp on how to recall elected leaders Voters must also be questioning MCAs and Local MPs on developmental issues in our wards & constituency Voters need to attend public participation forums to understand budget cycles
@MinjiMoriah eradicating poverty, corruption and lack of education will give you an empowered voter base. aptitude testing is a slippery slope. voting needs to be maintained as a right because if it isn't, it can be revoked from anyone at anytime
@MinjiMoriah Shall I ask, did you vote in the last election?
