@Halfords_uk so I used the NHS bike scheme. Paid my due. 3+weeks later I am yet waiting for Halfords Becton to contact us. I evevn went to the store myself On Monday. Was promised bike would be ready Tuesday and we will receive a call. Nothing. Tried calling. Nothing. #Customer

@bmstores A huge thank you to all the staff at the Becton store east London. They made my niece feel so special on her birthday during this time. She hasn’t stopped talking about how everyone went out of her way to wish her ❤️❤️

@virginmedia Bizarre that there are cheaper things online. Waste of time tbh I think the staff needs more training there #CustomerService #virginmedia

@virginmedia On the phone. He said the same but did offer something when I requested which was too expensive.

@virginmedia I could give it a go if they aren’t shut by the time I’m done.

@virginmedia No, it didn’t feel like she wanted to continue the conversation and told me if I spoke to someone else they would tell me what she told me about having left t last minute.

@virginmedia Seriously so Meg from your retention team has told me I’ve left this last minute although I’ve explained that I called back last week and they told me the same as what she just did but she continued to tell me it’s my FAULT #CustomerService #virginmedia #CustomerExperience
