@thefirststudawg @JulieCourtTV @CourtTV I said you shouldn't and the jury instructions were clear, guilty should not be for past transgressions or other crimes. Lying does not necessarily mean guilt. People had their minds up before the trial even began. No shred of evidence points to him being the shooter. NONE!

@thefirststudawg @JulieCourtTV @CourtTV Being a juror means you are the fact finder by definition. You cannot or should not convict someone by circumstantial evidence, has nothing to do with common sense but more with how the law is written smh

@thefirststudawg @JulieCourtTV @CourtTV Again, what evidence? You still have not specified evidence that states he pulled the trigger. Your last response agreed that the evidence was all circumstantial, so by following the judges jury instructions, there's no way to find him guilty though

@CourtTV I see this as a hung jury because there will be jurors that do not follow the jury instructions and may find him guilty because of their gut feelings and not the evidence presented.

@thefirststudawg @JulieCourtTV @CourtTV Jury instructions are specific, you can only find guilt or Innocence from evidence that is presented in court, not by gut feelings 😂😂😂 I don't think he's guilty of pulling the trigger but I do believe he was involved in some way. But that's not what he's being charged with.

Watching the Murdaugh trial and I still don't see any clear and convincing evidence he pulled the trigger. Not saying he's innocent but lying does not consistitute guilt. Being on a jury, one must find beyond a reasonable doubt that someone is guilty and I'm not yet convinced.

It's in the school policy and parents know electronic devices are not permitted on school grounds, unless it's kept in a locker or backpack. Has to be put away or it will get confiscated

@LumberLaw I don't believe there's sufficient evidence to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt because all the evidence in court seem to be circumstantial. No gsr, no weapon, no blood.
