How will Chicago's lawsuit against Glock for selling pistols too easily converted into machine guns end?
@MoeFactz A payoff. It's a classic Chicago cash grab with no concern for residents.
@MoeFactz All laws violating my right to bear arms is unConstitutional. The word "except" does not appear once.
@MoeFactz More lawfare? 13 state AGs have signed on to a coalition against Glock: ag.state.mn.us/Office/Communi…
@MoeFactz So, it's Glock’s fault that people are installing switches that require the user to modify the weapon? Oh, by the way, switches are not made by Glock and violate the NFA, ya know 10 years in prison and $10k fine. I forgot is the gun’s fault.
@MoeFactz Almost anything can be converted to something illegal. A "honest" judge would throw this out as soon as they bring it in front of them, and if they were smart they'd hold the Chicago attorney in contempt for 30 days for wasting the courts time.
@MoeFactz This is a ridiculous cash-grab. What do they want them to do? Actually change the mechanical inner-workings by court order? Glock, in particular, is famous for making essentially one gun since 1982. Switches are not new either. Why now? 🤔
