Back with an update: In April, we shared how our Property Maintenance Department implemented industry feedback by creating an apartment buildout inside a classroom — Now, take a look at how this student-led project has evolved. Real skills. Real training. Real impact.

After our students toured @fogelmanproperties apartment complex, our instructors took industry feedback and brought back the Make-Ready checklist to recreate an apartment set up in the classroom, giving students hands-on experience that directly mirrors real-world expectations!
