The Federal Trade Commission is going to vote on banning non-competes nationwide. On April 23rd the FTC will vote on a final rule that would bar almost all bosses from making workers sign non-compete clauses.
@MorePerfectUS Would this include radius clauses for bands? For example, when venues say you can’t play within a certain distance within a certain number of days of playing at their venue.

@MorePerfectUS One of the reasons that Silicon Valley succeeded where it did was that California Law significantly restricts the use of non-compete agreements in employment. 👍👍👍
@MorePerfectUS I can't wait to see corporations lobby against this and the effed up ways they try to insist that non-competes are "for our own good."
