NOTICE: outbound phone services are being disrupted due to continue repair efforts on the fiber trunks to Calgary. We are monitoring the situation and will update as we receive further information.

RFO: a rock slide between North Bend and Basque caused a train to derail, which damaged the fiber. Cleanup had to take place before crews could reach the site of the fiber break. Calls were manually rerouted to alternate paths. Multiple carriers affected
