@opcenergy Still no heating thats been weeks we've bn promised

@opcenergy 4 days I tweeted u and was told uz r trying to rectify the problem not 1 person has contacted me so av still no heating this now weeks for a big company it's terrible @GarySalter1 @QueensCrossHA

@opcenergy Don't go with this company am with an association & still no heating after weeks had the system 6yrs n problem after problem have no staff to maintain it n not very helpful

@opcenergy And keeping customers and staff safe during these time if ur insinuating covid/omicron then thats bn here for a few years now so that's doesn't make a blind difference am.sorry the excuses don't cut it now

@SStephenQCHA hi shona we are tenants of QCHA & have @GarySalter1 @opcenergy doing our heating its a shambles no workers waiting for my heating to be fixed for weeks this is a joke promises are bn broken time & time again this needs sorted ASAP @CllrGaryGray

@opcenergy And what office would that be your not keeping me safe or my family without heating weeks at a time and it's not about the safeness now is it really its about the staffing issues tbh and having constant issues with the system because it doesn't work in high rise flats

@opcenergy Your promises arent being met for a big company the system.doesnt work in our flats there's so many tenants that it's not working for I'm also waiting to be compensated for using electric heaters to kp warm still not happened either so when is that happening????
