Impact assessment of #MobilityPackage has proved return home of trucks obligation runs counter #EUGreenDeal. Foreseeable additional CO2 emissions almost equals those reiterated by EU peripheral hauliers over past years
The analysis of the return obligation for trucks shows that in the scenario most likely to occur (simple market compliance) it would generate up to 1.9 million additional journeys, resulting in up to 2.9 million tonnes of additional CO2emissions in 2023.
