I've mentioned in several videos that if you're shooting, or having someone else shoot, a big bore revolver for the first time to only load one round. This is why. Several folks have claimed a Darwin Award over the years for not following that advice. Plan accordingly... #500Mag #460SW #454Casul
@Mrgunsngear @LakesFirearmsTr Any time I take someone to fire any weapon for the first time, they only get one round. Even if they don't lose control like that, some people get excited and start waving the weapon around. Egad.
@Mrgunsngear People are obsessed with impractical pistols like this for some reason.
@Mrgunsngear When I was 12 and my Father taught me to shoot on a Sig Sauer P226 9mm, he made sure to only load one round at a time. Smart.
@Mrgunsngear This is A1 advice. If you are to shoot a revolver at a high caliber that you are not used to, load only a single round at a time so the recoil does not cause you to shoot yourself.
@Mrgunsngear oh my... phew. i was squealing inside my head the entire time...
