Jam is NOT a luxury delicacy. I don't even consider it leisurely. It's a condiment. Food is not guaranteed to any of us, so what is w/ these UK Op-eds on how jam symbolizes wealth?
@MrsEricaGarza Is jam a condiment in the US? In the U.K. a condiment is mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, vinegar, hot sauce, salt and pepper definitely not jam.
@MrsEricaGarza Wealth? You can make your own in your own kitchen. I make a mixed berry compost using sugar n lemon juice great to top cheese cake n ice cream. I Aldo make my own caramel sauce to drizzle on ice cream n other desserts.
@MrsEricaGarza They are a bunch of weirdos in my opinion 😂😂😂
@MrsEricaGarza What wealth? Jam is one of the easiest things to make in the kitchen lol
@MrsEricaGarza Those hefty diamonds on the head, but Jam is luxury?
@MrsEricaGarza Actually in the past jam was considered a luxury. Look up the rivalry between the Cumbrian towns Workington and Whitehaven. They insult each other by calling the others jameaters.
@MrsEricaGarza They want the recipe, that's why they are using fancy words. All those who jam will be asked by British media mafia how it tastes like. They are eyeing chrissy Teigen ,who they think she can say alot
@MrsEricaGarza I don't know what kind of wealth they're talking about. Most jams don't run to extreme prices unless you're talking about some of those European current jams that can be costly. People make thier own jams and if you have $3 bucks to spare? Store brand is always available
