Drank the “CASE Kool-Aid” this week for the AFNR Institute in Iowa. This agriscience training is designed to help incorporate more scientific activities into the Ag. Ed. curriculum. I am so excited to implement these activities into my classroom for the future!

I have been asked to be a member of the newly created FHSU Dept. of Ag Advisory Board. We had our first meeting tonight, and I cannot wait to see how the department uses this feedback to grow for the future. It’s always a great day to be a FHSU Tiger!
7 years ago, I finished up my last FFA Banquet, and 4 days ago I finished my third Chapter Banquet as an advisor. We love a full circle moment.

Trying new things has been a major thing for our Ag Ed & FFA program this year, including Envirothon today! These young individuals finished 2nd as a team when we went to just learn more about environmental science topics!
My heart is full 💙 Today as part of #FFAWeek our chapter celebrated by “Showing Appreciation” like goodie bags and thank you notes for teachers and staff. I never expect to get a “thank you” especially if I’m the “supervisor” of these events, but getting this made my day. 💛
#FFAWeek: K-ACTE Legislative Day was a success! Several @KansasFFA members were able to advocate for CTE, Ag Ed, and FFA at the Kansas State Capitol today! 💙💛
National #FFAWeek: Memory Monday I had so many wonderful memories during my FFA journey, but the best has to be making the trip to Indianapolis to walk the stage for my American Degree. I’ve had one student so far get their American Degree, hoping for many more in the future!
