President Clinton signed a law increasing H1Bs in 1998 to 115,000 and 2000 to 195,000. Then the dot com bust happened. They could NOT undo it. %@$!! Truly a terrible time. Layoffs. Hard to find jobs. Maybe a contract at 20-30K lower salaries. Destroyed my career.

I had no idea that a Tax Credit is available to companies under the Work Opportunity Tax Credit IF you are Unemployed 27 weeks or more and have received Unemployment. What the Heck? Where's the Credit to HIRE an American WHILE UnEmployed and Looking ??????

I researched Medicaid. I see the Issue. When ACA introduced Expanded Medicaid (Fed pays 90%) meaning it was paying out for certain states (CA/NY) more than Traditional Medicaid (Fed pays 50-70%). Meant Fed Money was now controlled by State programs. So so wrong.

Not Allowing States to place bans on AI's use for the next ten years is beyond absurd. We have AI fake emails and fake profile accounts, AI capturing voices/videos, AI stealing profiles on LinkedIn - States MUST have control to stop AI SPAM, stealing accounts and illegal use.

Hiring in tech/software for women is just awful. I would never recommend this field for women even getting multiple degrees. In 40 years - no progress. Some male out of the country will get an interview over you. The truth needs to be shouted to all. #womenintech
