میرا ارباب اختیار سے سوال ہے : نتاشہ نامی خاتون نے دو زندگیوں کو اپنی گاڑی سے کچل دیا ، جج کے بیٹے نے بھی دو زندگی اپنی گاڑی سے کچل دیں ان دونوں کو کسی سی سی ڈی نے پولیس مقابلے میں ہلاک کیوں نہیں کیا؟
کینفویژن کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ رضا ڈار کیس ہوتا ہے تو کہا جاتا ہے معمول کے مطابق انصاف ہوگا، اسلام آباد میں جج کا بیٹا دو بچیوں کو گاڑی کے نیچے کچلتا ہے تو کچھ دنوں میں ہی صلح ہو جاتی ہے تو نعمان اور توقیر کے ساتھ فوری انصاف کرنے اور نمٹنے والا نظام تب کہاں چلا جاتا ہے؟ تب سستا، فوری اور موثر انصاف کا یہ طریقہ کار کیوں اختیار نہیں کیا جاتا ہے؟
اسلام آباد میں جج کے بیٹے نے سکوٹی پر لڑکیوں کو ریڈ زون میں شاہراہ دستور پر کُچلا تھا، چاروں طرف کیمرے لگے ہوئے تھے۔ آپ (عوام) کو کہیں سے کوئی ویڈیو فوٹیج ملی؟ کچھ وائرل ہوا؟ اگلے دن جج کے بغیر لائسنس کروڑوں کی نان کسٹم پیڈ گاڑی چلانے والے کم عمر بیٹے کو عدالت میں خصوصی انتظامات کے ساتھ پیش کیا گیا۔ آپ نے کسی وکیل کو غُصے میں ”کھولتے/اُبلتے“ دیکھا، کسی وکیل نے ملزم پر ”حملہ آور“ ہونے کی کوشش کی؟ کوئٹہ سے لائے گئے اُس جج کو بیٹے کے کیس کے بعد اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کا مستقل جج بنا دیا گیا، آپ (عوام) میں سے کسی کو کچھ سمجھ آیا؟
اگر ملکی قانون تبدیل ہو گیا ہے، شریعت کی کوئی الگ تشریح نافذ ہو گئی ہے تو عدالتیں بند کر دیں، ججز پر اربوں روپے کیوں لگا رہے ہیں؟ تھانیدار کو ہی "جسٹس" کا ایڈیشنل چارج دے دیں۔ تھانیدار جی خود ملزم پکڑیں، کیس سنیں، جس کو مناسب سمجھے "پار" کر دیں۔ تاکہ آپ کے جذبات کو تسکین ملے
اسلام آباد میں جج کے بیٹے نے کروڑوں روپے کی نان کسٹم پیڈ گاڑی سے دو لڑکیاں کُچل دیں۔ اور پھر پورا ”نظام الدین“ متاثرہ خاندانوں کو ”راہ راست“ پر لانے میں کامیاب رہا۔ پولیس کا محکمہ اور قانون کے دفاتر کس طرح استعمال ہوئے سب ریکارڈ پر ہے۔ جج شائستہ کنڈی نے رپورٹرز کو کمرہ عدالت سے نکال دیا۔ متاثرہ خاندانوں نے جج کے بیٹے کو ”معاف“ کر دیا۔ اور حکومتی محکموں نے وکلا کی درخواستوں کے باوجود کروڑوں روپے کی نان کسٹم پیڈ گاڑی کا مقدمہ نہ کھولا۔ اسی اسلام آباد میں طالبہ لائبہ کے کیس میں فراڈ کرنے والے کو پولیس نے ماورائے عدالت ختم کر دیا، اور لوگ تالیاں بجا رہے ہیں۔ تالیاں بجانے والے یاد رکھیں کہ آپ ”نظام دین“ کے لیے کیڑے مکوڑے ہیں۔ کسی بھی وقت کسی جج کے کم عمر بیٹے کی کروڑوں مالیت کی نان کسٹم پیڈ گاڑی کے نیچے کُچلے جا سکتے ہیں۔ اُس سے پہلے جتنی تالیاں بجا سکتے ہیں، بجا لیں۔
