I didn't make right decisions, I tried to with the strength I did have Wishing I was stronger, but making myself stronger is what only matters That's beauty of pain. Its motivation You can't change what happened, though you can react, re-act now, for a better today & tomorrow.

Being a friend first, then a 'father' is important. If you think your kids going in a path you don't see best, be their friend first, otherwise your conflict on their direction will show first, like you're against their life, before you have a chance to share wisdom.

Good habit I find. Write your to do list they day before, right before sleeping works for me. This makes it clear from morning and stops all the struggling entrepreneur wondering brain you may have (like me 😅)

You go to the gym, improve and find out that the day is now easier. Maybe it is due to the fact you chose to get in the pain, then the rest of the day has less pain. Also, you became stronger during pain and that makes pain itself become smaller elsewhere in life. Makes sense?

You might miss your past life But do you miss your past problem? Are you somewhere better overall now? I think I am. So knowing I beat my past problems gives peace in missing the good in the past too. New goals reached, new set of problems come with it too 👌

Stop looking for pleasure escapes. Short term pleasures aren’t going to solve anything in the current situation. FIRST - Daily activity on for the long term (6-8 Core Hours) THEN - Enjoy minor short term rewards (1-2hours)
