does anyone have any tricks to help you sleep? i have bad insomnia and it’s the worst it’s ever been lately =\ it takes me hours to fall asleep at night for no reason😶 i turn my phone on dnd, i have the lights off, there’s no distractions or bright lights. melatonin doesn’t work

@RickyPDillon Personally CBD gummies, I do the military trick to falling asleep.. relax face muscles, and then all the muscles one by one going down the body. Breathing in through my nose out through my mouth. And it was repeating five things that make you happy or are things that relax you.
