Our Little River Railroad & Lumber Company Museum will be open on the weekends of May. On Saturdays, from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM, and on Sundays, from 1:00 PM until 5:00PM.

Next Saturday, September 28th, is Old Timer's Day at our Little River Railroad & Lumber Company Museum in Townsend, Tennessee. Among other things, you can come and try your hand on our handcar or lend a hand replacing some ties on our tracks. We hope to see you there!

Saturday, September 28th, we'll be firing up a portable steam engine, blowing our train whistle, replacing some ties on our tracks, running our model trains, conducting our Old Town Tour, hosting some craft vendors, including a blacksmith, and opening up our museum and gift shop.
Our Little River Railroad & Lumber Company Museum in Townsend, Tennessee will hold its annual Old Timer's Day on Saturday, September 28th. Make your plans to climb aboard for all the special events and upcoming festivities, you'll be glad you did.
The Little River Railroad & Lumber Company Museum in Townsend, TN is opened everyday of the week this summer. From 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Sunday. We'd love for you to drop in and visit us. Remember, admission is free!
