@LunaCanisLupus She practically laughed at his teasing words. "I'm certain that one of the cakes is chocolate, so you'll be doubly bribed." She nodded, turning her attention back to her dinner. Altogether, it had been quite a satisfactory day in her view.

She couldn't believe she was here. Specifically, she couldn't believe she was back in Knockturn Alley. Getting ready to teach at Hogwart's. She was at Cobb & Webb's, gathering things for her History of the Dark Arts Through the Ages class. Albus Dumbledore had ~ @LunaCanisLupus

@LunaCanisLupus ~ decided to start laying the groundwork for her plans. She leaned over and spoke to Remus again. "Forgive me for being presumptuous, but would you be interested in contacting the other schools with me to see if they'd be interested in our scheme? No point in telling Albus and ~

@LunaCanisLupus It looked... intimate, that little exchange, and it didn't go unnoticed. But neither of them thought anything of it. "Thank you. I'd be terribly grateful." She felt more confident, engaging Severus Snape in a conversation.

@LunaCanisLupus They spent a lovely time at dinner. Some of the other professors, mainly Sybill Trelawney, bless her, actually engaged her in conversation. Perhaps this would work out after all. She leaned over to whisper to Remus. "Would you come with me when I talk to Albus and Minerva?"

@quietdilettante She was never going to let go of him. They rode the wave of pleasure together, drawing out each exquisite moment for as long as possible. When they collapsed together, she brushed a hand through his damp curls. "You're mine. And I'm yours. And that's for /always/."

@quietdilettante She shifted her hips, taking him even deeper, using her muscles to give his length a velvety hug. She cried out as the action spurred on her own release, nails dragging down his back as she arched beneath him. "Oh... oh, I love you..."

@LunaCanisLupus She turned towards the great hall and started walking that way. There were times she elected to have supper in her chambers, as opposed to with the faculty. But for the first time, she felt hopeful. She was smiling when they walked in together. Albus and Minerva noticed.

@LunaCanisLupus "I'm excited about classes beginning. I still have some prep work to do, but for the most part everything is done." She looked at the watch pinned to her lapel. "Oh goodness, we should get to dinner. I know we don't have a full complement of students yet, but there are some."

@LunaCanisLupus She wondered if he was about to say "let a deatheater" in to the school. But somehow, she didn't think he was. He had his own story, and he'd tell her if he ever wanted her to know. She'd just be happy to have a friend. "I want to thank you for today. It's been lovely."

@quietdilettante "Ach, you wonderful man. I love you so much. I absolutely adore you."

@LunaCanisLupus "He'd have never hired me if he wasn't fair. He always does what he considers best for Hogwarts. Nothing is more important to him." She felt something she hadn't felt in longer than she could remember. Peace. A quiet in her soul. It wouldn't last, she knew. But it was a start.
