Bella was stabbed. She is now stitched up and healing. She's still scared, but she has another dog that soothes her. We took her in as well and we'll introduce you soon. It's a terrible thing, but soon it won't even be a memory. We will love her pain away.

We rushed Rhonda in for emergency c-section surgery. Rhonda delivered just one puppy, the biggest newborn we'd ever seen! Without Mutt Mutt Engine, Rhonda would have died on the street in Tijuana from unending, impossible labor. facebook.com/donate/3203671…

Romeo was part of an orphaned litter down in Tijuana. Romeo is the one that made it. Now Romeo's made it out of Tijuana, and is adoptable through our friends at Sunny Sky's Animal Rescue in Seattle. From no chance at all for a good life to a guarantee of one!

Her rescuers in Tijuana offer her comfort like the mother she barely knew. Sasha was found in a box in a field. Sasha is one of the 28 mutt-mutts leaving their worst days behind them forever, and heading to lives of love. Please please help our work continue. We need you.

How did she know? Tiny starved Totie spotted rescuer Yolanda walking and ran across four busy lanes of traffic to her. She saved herself! Totie left Tijuana for Minnesota where her new family can’t wait to meet her!

Sometimes a broken heart benefits from a change of scenery. That's the case for Annie here. She lost her people in South Carolina. She was sad and grieving. She arrived at Contented Critters in Minnesota tonight to begin a new life. It is so wonderful to see her smile.
