@MyViewDiffers @hbj_ca @DeyeyePaul That’s right. And they don’t need their own contribution room to do any of this. But the opportunity is limited to the value of the deceased’s TFSA… the survivor doesn’t inherit any of the unused contribution room of their deceased partner.

Here's a history of US home price appreciation going back to 1891. 2022 was the first down year for home prices on an inflation-adjusted basis since 2011. In 2023 we could see the first nominal declines since 2011.
