ICYMI: Earlier today, the Russian Nauka module inadvertently fired its thrusters while docked to the @Space_Station. Mission Control teams corrected the action and all systems are operating normally. The crew was never in any danger. Stay tuned for a media telecon later today:
@NASA @Space_Station Some comrade didn’t review the software.
@NASA @Space_Station Glad to hear to the crew is safe!💛
@NASA @Space_Station If you’re up in the ISS and there is a module WITH THRUSTERS attached and the thrusters are FIRED, are you really “not in any danger”? 🧐
@NASA @Space_Station 45 degree orientation control shift sounds well scary 😳
@NASA @Space_Station Whole describing this event to my family just now, it occured to me... 45 degrees... That's a wheelie! #Nauka made the ISS pop an unexpected wheelie!
@NASA @Space_Station Does the mass (22 tons) affect the orbit/velocity/ momentum of the ISS
@NASA @Space_Station I love this view but f mission control.
