Goal this year is to hit a minimum for 12,000 steps each day and 5,000,000 for the year. Hoping my Fitbit lasts this year. @fitbit

Return air ducts in homes are great for running cables between floors but do it right. Keep within building codes and use plenum rated cable
Audio / Video system almost complete at the condo. Looks great, just need to do a sound set up on the receiver and install an IR extender
Cat6 plenum cable install in the morning. Plenum cable is more expensive initially but is less expensive than fines for breach of fire code.
