Bryce Young’s (1st overall pick) final rookie year statistics: • 59.8 completion percentage (33rd in NFL) • 2,877 passing yards (20th in NFL) • 11 passing TD’s (28th in NFL) • 10 INT’s • 62 sacks taken (2nd in NFL) • 33.3 QBR (29th in NFL) • 73.7 passer rating (34th in NFL) Young also finished his rookie season with a record of 2-14. Young’s rookie season will go down amongst names like Ryan Leaf, Alex Smith, and John Elway. Hopefully year two goes MUCH differently or this will be one of the worst picks of all-time 😳
@NFLRookieWatxh 62 Sacks????!!!!!
@NFLRookieWatxh Slipping John Elway in there was pretty good, I’ll give you that 😂
@NFLRookieWatxh This is the worst pick of all time.
@NFLRookieWatxh People like to use the rookie year stats for Elway, Manning, Aikman and others as a sign a poor rookie season doesn't mean a player is a bust, while ignoring the stat that historically says small QBs do not fair well in the NFL.
@NFLRookieWatxh He’s like Tua. Will be good in the right system but not really fast enough to run away from pressure or big enough to take much contact. Can’t coach size
@NFLRookieWatxh Does everyone see, he is good, he just doesn’t any protection sack 62 times is not good for a rookie. Let’s go Bryce.
@NFLRookieWatxh Worst picks of all time???? Trey Lance pretty much never saw the field. Atleast Young has played.
@NFLRookieWatxh He was setup for failure from the start. Their offense is bad. Thielen the only bright spot of consistency at his age producing 100 plus catches and 1k yards
