@NewhamLondon @rokhsanafiaz @stephenctimms @SadiqKhan @metpoliceuk @NewhamRecorder @MPSNewham Its taken me this long to get over shock of ridiculous reply from @NewhamLondon. Prevention is better than (lack of) cure - Residents are calling for CCTV cameras to stop and catch criminals in action. Reporting ASB on a website that no one ever responds to is a waste of time.

@British_Airways So BA customer service aren't very helpful. They advise that I go back to airport (despite leaving there at 3am) and wait to see if here is availability. So unhelpful and unsympathetic. I JUST WANT TO GET HOME.

@British_Airways I don't want to leave the hotel and wait at the airport until it's confirmed im actually on an earlier flight. Can't it be rebooked from your end? I'm calling BA customer service to see if they can help?

@British_Airways Danny, I need to get back to the U.K. this morning but the rescheduled diverted flight leaves at 3pm. I don't want to lose more time. Is there anything @British_Airways can do to get me home earlier?
