I sent an email but got no response so far :/ I also have the order 4144662: the Popcultcha website says it's on preorder and it hasn't been shipped yet. But I received both Seiya and Ikki. I believe you need to update the order :)

@popcultcha Hey everyone! I'm having trouble with one of the items I got on 001660188 order. My Kurama arrived but my Zuko hasn't. The tracking said it had arrived in France in October, but there was no other update after that.

@MiroHQ hii i just purchased the team plan but, by accident I chose yearly billing instead of monthly!!! What should i do? can you cancel my subscription from your end so i can do it from the beginning?
