How is like to fight a case in court? For many in X platform, it is easy to comment on a post that I make. But many do not know that I have filed in excess of 75 PILs before the Hon'ble Madras High Court they cant even imagine what it takes to get justice. Here is one deidcated for such couch potatoes. A day in Court After 6 days of waiting in the Court the entire day, every single day (barring saturday and sunday), today, my case, which was listed every single day from last Thursday and did not make it to the hearing for paucity of time, reached and I had a chance to place my arguments. Many dont know that when a matter is listed, if you do not represent the matter, the matter may either be decided as ex-party or the petitioner can be punished for non-appearance. So you have little or no choice. On 18.01.2024, my matter was listed as Item 46 in 2nd list. 1st list had 52 items. My matter did not make it that day. I waited the whole day. On 19.01.2024, my matter was listed as item 46 in 2nd list. 1st list had 176 items. The matters up to Item 42 in 2nd List was heard that day. Again my matter did not make it that day as well. Again I waited the whole day. Saturday Sunday holiday. On 22.01.2024, my matter was listed as Item 4 in the 2nd list. 1st list had 168 items. Yet again my matter did not make it. The Court finished the 1st list but did not have time to hear the 2nd List. On 23.01.2022, my matter was listed as Item 4 again in the 2nd List. 1st list had 76 items. Again the Court completed 1st list but did not have the time for list 2. So my matter did not make it once again. On 24.01.2022, today my matter was listd as Item 4 in the 2nd List and around 3pm the matter came up for hearing. @tnhrcedept as usual did not serve the counter they claim to have filed on a 3 year old case till date and claim before the Court they have filed. Court recorded this and adjourned the matter to March 27, 2023. Another day in Court! All for what? to protect a 150 year old antique Temple Chariot to which the @tnhrcedept did not care all these years and want to discard them by making new ones from some random "DONORS" whose money was never audited, and the money donated was never ACCOUNTED by the HR&CE Dept.
