@TK_HelpDesk @turkisha1rline @TK_HelpDesk I have been sending details for almost 2 days and no one has gotten back to me. You guys were very swift in detecting a non-existent fraud case but to rectify the issue is taking a long time

@TurkishAirlines @TK_HelpDesk @TurkishAirlin2 I’ve done what was asked. Credit card has been verified at your Atlanta city office by your staff . Can you please give me my original ticket now??? How long more do I need to be stranded? I ought to be compensated for this, this is sue-worthy.

@TK_HelpDesk Your agents are the airport are not helpful at all. All I hear is there’s nothing that can be done, expect a refund…… that’s all. I don’t expect this from an international airline… the level of inconsideration and the lack of professionalism is appalling

@TurkishAirlines Indeed! I was just informed of ticket cancellation today at the airport after booking and paying for the ticket since the 23rd June. I even received an e-ticket confirmation mail. Customer service is claiming there is nothing they can do….i didn’t get a cancellation email…..

I was an asthmatic child, got dragged out of school on many mondays, never made it to boarding house, got many late night episodes that left my GrandMum, Parents, brothers and sisters panicking BUT the moment i learnt to pray that was all i asked God to heal. I was healed!!!

I had a very interesting conversation today with @BIUpresident @febidahosa2, so much have to be done about our young people. He's put me in a state of deep thought all day. Where are the fathers? Who are those bridging the gap?? Salient questions @IdahosaLaurie
