Nemo v2.3.54: bugfix release. A bug in shared genetic map since v2.3.51 prevented junctions being shared among traits, thus unlinking loci from diff. traits on the genetic map (eg: ntrl and qtl loci). Upgrade to new version! sourceforge.net/projects/nemo2…
Nemo v2.3.53 has been released. It's a bugfix release. Addresses a bug v2.3.52 when free recombination is modeled in the quanti and ntrl traits. The bug causes the simulations to be much slower than they should. Results are correct though. sourceforge.net/projects/nemo2…
