@NetNetCap Built over the weekend on Net Forge. This is a game changer for how fast we can make our ideas playable.

Shareholders, For the last few weeks we have been building Net Forge, and this week it went from a private project to something any developer, or any AI agent, can pick up and use. Here is what that means and why we think it matters. More and more games start as a sentence typed to an AI coding agent. "Make me a co-op survivors game." "Add multiplayer to my three.js scene." The agent picks the tools, writes the code and runs it. So the engine an agent reaches for decides what a lot of people end up building with. Most game engines were made for people clicking around an editor. Agents can't do that. They work best with code they can read, a typed API they can't misuse, and a way to test what they wrote without a human playing it. Multiplayer makes this harder still, because the server and the browser have to agree on every frame. Net Forge is built for that from the ground up: - One game simulation runs the same in the browser and on the server, so multiplayer works from the first line - A three.js renderer on WebGPU, with a WebGL2 fallback - Each game's rules live in one typed file an agent can read and safely change - Playtest bots play the game for you, so an agent can check its own work - 530 CC0 models and sounds across six art styles, so nothing ships as grey boxes - Ten complete templates to start from: survivors-like co-op, arena shooter, tower defense, dungeon crawler, idle, platformer, card battler, monster collector, kart racer and party game What shipped publicly: - 19 open-source packages on npm published straight from a public repo with npm provenance - npm create netforge@latest, which turns any template into a running game in about a minute - An MCP server and a CLI setup command, so Claude, Cursor and other coding agents can drive the engine directly - Full docs at forge.netnet.capital, written so both people and AI models can read them, with guides for the questions developers actually ask - A GitHub template repo for every game, so you can start one with a single click - Playable demos of the templates on itch.io Everything public runs with play money. No wallet, no chain, no sign-up. Why this matters for NetNet: the next step is the Kit, which connects a game to its own token, an in-game store and player rewards. When it goes live, anyone who builds on Net Forge will be able to launch a game with an economy attached in one flow. Each game token will trade against wsNET, so every game that launches adds a new market built on NetNet. The open engine comes first. The more developers and agents building on it, the more games there are to launch when the Kit arrives. If you build something, show us. Issues and pull requests are open.

The market is still trying to label @NetNetCap as a single vertical. In reality, it is a masterclass in economic engineering: Pump. fun + Axie Infinity Infinity + $RWA + Berkshire/Olympus = $NET Here is how the 4 engines interconnect: 🚀 1. The Launchpad (Pump.fun mechanic): Net Forge lets anyone generate playable games via AI prompts or 10 full genre templates, launching native bonding curve tokens (EMBER,VOLT) capped at 10M units. 🎮 2. Consumer Play & Retention (Axie 2.0): WebGPU & three.js multiplayer titles live on browser/X via Strategic Gaming Reserve (Tabletop Racers, Beat The Traffic). Gameplay rewards protected by sustainable reserve jars, not hyperinflation. 🏛️ 3. Real-World Assets & Credit (Wall Street rails): ~$30M verified treasury backed by tokenized equities ( $NVDA, $AAPL, $MSFT , $SPCX, $GOOGL) and $USDG. $3.2M+ deposited in @Morpho credit markets to borrow stablecoins against stock tokens. ⚙️ 4. The Algorithmic Holding Company (Berkshire / POL): • Below NAV: The standing bid systematically buys back and burns supply on-chain (3,847+ NET burned forever). • At 2x NAV: The premium sales desk harvests stablecoins into reserves (+$647K USDG swept). • All game micro-economies and swap fees route straight into wsNET. Viral speculative distribution anchored by a productive, hard balance sheet. Shareholders, Phase 1 of the Net Forge public release is now live. The complete game engine is open source and live on npm. 16 packages published straight from a public repo with npm provenance. npmjs.com/org/netforge What is in it: - the game engine (three.js, WebGPU with a WebGL2 fallback) - the shared simulation that runs the same in the browser and on the server - an asset library of 530 CC0 models and sounds across six art styles - a runtime for card, idle, tower and collector games It also ships the 10 templates every Net Forge game starts from: survivor co-op, arena shooter, tower defense, dungeon crawl, idle, platformer, card battler, monster collector, kart racer and party game. Each one is a complete game you can read, change and run. Developers can start today. Clone the repo, build it, and any template plays on your own machine with a local game server and play money. Fork a template, change the rules, swap the art style, and see it running in a few minutes. What comes next: the Kit, which connects a game to its token, store and rewards, goes out once the game contracts are live. Until then everything here runs with play money, while we fine tune the studio for the public launch. If you build something on it, show us. Issues and pull requests are open on the repo. More Soon.

6 games live now on the Strategic Gaming Reserve, including 9 different circuits for Tabletop Racers. See you in the arena.

Everything NetNet builds is designed to grow two key metrics: backing per $NET and USDG per $NET. Every product feeds the same flywheel: Real World Bonds: proceeds flow into tokenized stocks NetNet Credit: Morpho-powered USDG lending against stock tokens and wsNET Loopback: unlock liquidity by borrowing against staked NET NET LONG: leveraged trading using wsNET as margin, with every fee buying and burning NET NET ADVANCE: 5% of every close flows directly to the treasury Predict & THE BOOK: prediction and sports markets generating fees used to buy NET RW-Play: 15 live cabinets paying out in COIN, SPCX and MSFT, with roughly $1.9M in play so far. This isn’t a collection of disconnected products. It’s an entire ecosystem engineered to compound value into one asset. ONE TOKEN. 20 REVENUE ENGINES. ONE DESTINATION: THE TREASURY.

Shareholders, I've never been more bullish on the future of NetNet Capital Management. RW-Play is the Meta.

Conviction that RW-Play is the Next Meta has only grown. More on this soon.

Shareholders, We at NetNet Capital Management are confident that RW-Play is the Next Meta. Tokenized RWAs are growing rapidly, but no one is building to the future of what they can and should be capable of. No one, except for us. More soon, Al x.com/i/article/2086…

time to pick up some $NET 👀 gonna keep it simple. $NET is a reserve-backed rebase token with a growing treasury and real products around it. current price is around $178 while the treasury holds ~$163 in backing for every $NET. 90%+ of supply is staked, and the treasury is already above $29M. they keep shipping games, prediction markets, NET LONG and NetCorp beta. activity feeds the treasury and buybacks while the market still treats this like some random ponzi price got smoked due to some FUD but the team has addressed the concerns most are fading instead of looking at what’s actually in front of them. i'm bidding CA: 0xca9c78dd337a67f6e0077f65f5e9218719d30edf
