Dear renounced divested women of African-American heritage, Every movement is for you. Every movement doesn't benefit. It's okay to stand for something but be sure that something benefits you in the long run. ❤️

Why I chose the lotus flower as a symbol for the renounced divested community? Like the lotus flower, divested African-American women have emerged from conflict, pain, trauma, etc and became new creations full of love, peace, joy, and purity.
The lotus flower is the symbol of purity, enlightenment, self regeneration, and rebirth. This flower is able to as it's able to emerge from the murky waters pure and unsullied.
There are some women in the divestment community that needs healing. Apart of your divestment journey is doing the inner work and healing as a woman.💜
What does it means to be a renounced divested African-American/Black-American woman? A renounced divested woman is a biological mono-racial woman of African-American heritage who has let go of people, places, and things that no longer aligns with her personality. ❤️❤️
As a divested African-American/Black-American woman, you don't have to be strong. Remember that you are a human woman and it's okay to not be strong or perfect.❤️
Let go of any and everything that doesn't serve your greater good. As a divested African-American/Black-American woman, put yourself first.
