@sarah_packman @MummySmiler Sarah, I do hope your situation is improving. If you are still at risk of losing your home please message me or add me so I can message you. There is still a lot you can do if you haven't been foreclosed. We can help you walk away with a lot of your equity instead of losing it.

@JJojene @Gdrahcir @RainyBlackburn @Yassir_Lester Hi, are you losing your house as a foreclosure or an eviction? As a foreclosure you have many options. I can intervene in that process, and I can help you take some of your equity instead of losing everything. You can walk away with a lot of money just depends. Please message me.

@KhouriRita @pulte Hi, I hope your situation has improved. I know it's not easy losing your home. And right now with Covid it's extremely common. There are simple and easy solutions though that are much better than losing your home and equity. If you give me the opportunity I may be able to help.

@dannyfo2 @berniespofforth Fozzy, lockdowns don't work. Especially when people can't go to work and the gov. isn't helping at all really. This has put many at risk of losing their homes. However, there are solutions. Please message me or add me so that we can discuss in detail. I can help.

@wendietroupe @RonnyJacksonTX @sandyleevincent "Will be losing my house" should not be an option. Please add me so I can message you or DM me directly. There are other simple options that are much better than losing everything to foreclosure. Especially in CA, there should be no reason you get foreclosed.

@BLUTEXAS2020 @BakersfieldChi2 @TXWorkforce I understand. I just recently recovered from Covid and still went to the hospital yesterday. I couldn't breathe randomly when I was driving it's not easy. Those people buy lists, "skip-trace" to get the numbers, and cold call or cold text. It's too invasive, hence I don't do it.

@BLUTEXAS2020 @BakersfieldChi2 @TXWorkforce The vast majority have put a bad name on the good guys. I find solutions for people, through refinancing to lower payments, liquidating to consolidate debt, selling to avoid foreclosure. I'm all around. Hence, why we are going through an institution change. Not just investments.

@BakersfieldChi2 @BLUTEXAS2020 @TXWorkforce There's a lot of people in the RE industry that will rob you from all of your equity. I don't operate like that. I always create a win win situation. Sometimes the best option is to sell. You take some of your equity and avoid foreclosure. You avoid losing everything.

@ApostolStacy @IlhanMN Hi Stacy, do you have questions on forbearance? I also saw another post of yours where you mentioned possibly losing your house. What is the status on that is there a foreclosure date? We can break things down over message, but, either message me or add me so I can message you.

@sammy78053471 @realDonaldTrump @WreathsAcross Sammy, do you know if there is a set foreclosure date already? In some cases we can intervene in this and prevent foreclosure while we find you a solution. Message me or add me so I can message you directly. We can break things down more in detail over a private message.

@RealSteelDealTX Unfortunate that someone would try to scam you when you are already dealing with something. How far out is the foreclosure date? With enough time we can structure a solution for you that is much better than losing your home and equity. Message me or add me so I can message you.
