Lauren Tan just revealed the work setup she uses to ship with AI every day. and it’s way more structured than “open a model and start prompting.” her system is basically: • understand → get the real problem + context • plan → choose the right model, tools, and steps • build → let agents implement in small chunks • verify → test, review, stress-check • ship → document, merge, and learn from the result then underneath that she has: → model routing for different types of work → a dedicated bot team with clear roles → prompting rules for goals, context, and output the part I like most is how little of this depends on one “best model.” it’s mostly about routing, roles, verification, and loops. I mapped her whole setup into one page below ↓

昆明这台无极ADV看着像随时想往远处跑，高坐姿、大轮廓，真正骑上以后却很稳。大理、曲靖、玉溪想看山路和城市表现，主页继续。

that "POV: you finally made it" car video on your feed? nobody filmed it. nobody edited it. nobody even watched it. here's what actually happened: someone dropped a free clip into grok with one line: "make this go viral" grok looked at it. saw a sports car, a sunset, an empty highway. checked what's blowing up on x right now. wrote the line: "POV: you finally made it" then picsart took over. cropped it for your phone. made the sunset glow. dropped in the captions you read on mute. same line, 2 more clips. a hidden waterfall. a mountain almost nobody reaches. 3 videos. ready before dinner. the next one you double-tap might have been made this way.
