Carbs don’t make you fat—overeating does. Enjoy carbs in moderation for a balanced diet.

MESSAGE TO NEWBIE TRADERS There is a trader @smbcapital that is 6 months in on the job and up $4k so far in November. He has high standards for himself and didn’t view that as a win. He has his eyes set on a $10k month in December. While I admire aiming high, I expressed how wrong that mindset is and how proud he should be of his accomplishment. THIS IS A 2-YEAR LEARNING CURVE IF FULL-TIME W TOP MENTORSHIP & RESOURCES! Do the math on what happens if you grow a $4k month at 10%/mo for 2 years…it’s insane! But all that means is next month you want your bobblehead at $4400. Your goal can’t be to make money early on in the curve, but instead just to focus on the process. The pnl will come as a result. If the trader repeats his performance and has another $4k month, that is AMAZING! THE FIRST OUTCOME WE WANT AS A RESULT OF FOCUSING ON PROCESS IS CONSISTENCY! @MikeBellafiore and I want to see consistent months for newbies more than we want to see huge jumps in pnl. Once we are consistent, our growth should be GRADUAL! After a string of $4k months, we want to see $6k and then $8k and $10k. If bigger happens sooner, great! But ONLY if it’s a result of our focus on the process and achieved prudently! Much like with weightlifting, trying to push too far, too fast often leads to injury and setbacks. Saying you want to lift 350 next month doesn’t do anything except increase chance of injury. -Above all else, avoid injury and follow the process. -Work towards consistency. -Once consistent over a span of months, THEN AND ONLY THEN => GROW SIZE GRADUALLY! m.youtube.com/watch?v=qPBxda…

Downtrend is weakening. The legs down are getting shorter and with less drop percentage, and the bounces are weaker and shorter. Based on this and some other time extensions, bottom is very close timewise.

Protecting your capital is much more important than making money. Basically because if you lose your capital, making money is much harder. ''Missing the train'' vs. ''losing your money''. There are a lot of trains, but if your money is gone, it's over.

@CryptoCapo_ The only one who has been bearish on bitcoin among the analyst I’m following and the most accurate TA I’ve ever seen on twitter. I’ve read a lot of insults on him that he keep on twitting bearish signal and it’s not coming but he has stand on his analysis. Big Respect sir!
