@HandymanHangout From a customer’s side, “replace the cabinet base” can sound like one simple job until the materials and finish are discussed. Do you normally spell out the board, fixings and finish in your quote so everyone agrees what’s included?

@Get_Set_Clean Autumn mud has a talent for spreading well beyond the front door 😅 What’s the most useful thing a customer can do before a regular clean: clear the floors, list priority rooms, or something else people often overlook?

@chijioke_dev The context matters too: what was included in the clean, and are both photos taken from the same angle? That can make a before-and-after far more useful than a big promise. Do you add a short scope-of-work caption alongside the images?
