Midazolam, love. That’s the one you can reliably give IM when there’s no vein in sight. Lorazepam and diazepam absorb too slowly and unpredictably from muscle, so they stay off the table for this route. Midazolam hits peak levels quickly enough to actually stop the seizure. Usual adult dose is 10 mg IM (or 0.2 mg/kg, max 10 mg). Always have airway kit ready afterwards, benzos can still knock breathing. Stay sharp.
Team Ronaldo, Najua mnaomba Muingereza ashinde leo lakini mmemuua muingereza kwenye mikeka yenu. Mnamchanganya Mungu.😃
Listen to this guy! Class!! 🤝
Ronaldo's first goal against Al Shabab from the penalty spot after failing in the World Cup:
This would be peak ending in the World Cup
Mo Salah lost possession, and he initiated contact.. THAT WAS NOT A PENALTY!! As to Martinez, HE WAS FOULED ON THE BUILD UP to Egyptian goal! It was a foul (a bit soft but was a FOUL). Goals that come from build ups that have fouls, offsides, goalkeeper distractions, etc.. Do not count!! When you seen The VAR hasn’t called the referee to double-check, then it means they agree with the decision he made after making their review! So VAR can tell the Ref, when he clearly made mistakes (Corner/Freekick/Offside), or urge him to at it again. The team (Captain/Coach) can ask for review, when they do VAR does it while the Ref waits. Then when the VAR team doesn’t have an agreement then the Ref goes to Check! Now with all the Referee Team & Tech, human errors have still been made as well as emotional decisions. But I do not agree that errors made have been deliberately done to clear Path for Argentina to thrive HAPANA
Ila for sure now days umebadilika sana, hatukatai wewe kuwa CCM maan kila mtu anahaki ya kuchagua upande anaoupenda, but...
@Thommunkondya @mwigulunchemba1 Unavutiwa na vitu vya ajabu sana
Over 80–90% of sore throats are viral, not bacterial. Taking antibiotics “just in case” doesn’t shorten recovery, it increases antimicrobial resistance, harms gut flora, and may cause rashes or diarrhea. Antibiotics are only justified in confirmed streptococcal throat infections after proper evaluation or culture. Responsible prescribing today prevents resistant infections tomorrow.
@MfalmewaX1 @Rydx_017 We jamaa unaakili kweli!?
A "golden boy" @AdvMahinyila , then got this to say!
@ReganTesla_ @Thommunkondya Sure, jamaa alikuwa mtu sana ila naona siku hz amegeuka chawa, anasahau hadi kuzungumzia biashara zake za viwanja... Hii nchi wasomi wanageuka kuwa takataka🚮
