N15 is back online and good to go!
We are having disk issues with n15.we need to turn the system off and upgrade the disk, may only take an hour.
Looks like a lot of providers are getting hit with mail spam from a new common ext, we are adding more strict rules from this mail ext and added more subject checks. Update will be pushed out in the automatic server updates in the next day.
At the slowest moment we handle 850 requests a second per second. Scale is fun.
Our database updates are now complete and our systems are now running a lot faster. We moved some tables over to a new storage engine and as a result there should be less cloud panel stutter when resources are being used.
We are performing some needed database updates so query's may be a little slow this evening but after it's done expect a way faster cloud panel.
Server monitoring beta is now live on the NodeHost Cloud! We have a lot to still work on but for now try it for free during the beta! Works with most Linux systems and the agent is open source (also uses it's own local user not root)! github.com/NodeHostCA/mon…
N12 has been updated and is starting up now.
We are going to be doing a quick scale up and restart of N12. Sites and services may be down for a few minutes as the updates happen.
@shawnblog @justanthonylee Might be a plugin installed curing problems, as in the thread it noted that in a private window (without plugins) it worked, also maybe clearing all cookies and cache.
@shawnblog @justanthonylee Worst case maybe it’s Wordpress bug in chrome and they will update Wordpress to fix if that is the cause.
@shawnblog @justanthonylee That’s good, so it works in everything but chrome.
@shawnblog @justanthonylee Ya unsure as I don’t see anything in the logs, no high resource usage for the site... nothing that clearly says why.
@shawnblog @justanthonylee Sure, o checked the logs and don’t see any errors in the logs so if you can’t resolve later on let us know and we can try more forceful resets.
@shawnblog @justanthonylee Sure, you will find the package to reset login will help if that’s the related error.
@shawnblog What errors are you getting loging into WP? Is it just a regular invalid details error or other?
We want things to be easy, hosting that starts at $0.06 a day, full Wordpress support, and an easy to use panel makes our Containers the best way to get started on a new website! nodehost.ca/containers
We are back up! N8 is online and we are sending out credits later today.
N8 is down due to what appears to be hardware failure. We are waiting on updates and will report and news we have as a reply to this tweet. status.nodehost.ca
