@Elicurves @Kingtijay Totally understandable. I take account of how my initial response came across and made you feel. All I can do with what I have is apologise for that and for the experience of which you brought to light. Changes are being made, so thank you for bringing it to light.

@Kingtijay It doesn't mean I don't care about it but I do and have multiple times apologised and asked for her to contact to give over info of who these people were so I don't have them back in our spaces. I can't help if I don't know.

@Kingtijay For my initial responses, all I can do is apologise and let it be known they came from a stance of defence as this was a situation from 2021 coming to light now.

@Kingtijay Coming to an assumed conclusion based of what you're reading online is not something I or anyone can stop. If you read through everything I've offered for them to reach out multiple times to make me aware of the situation properly. If I didn't care I would not even respond.

@GalaxieRae I can only make changes on things which are brought to my attention. And in the years of holding events this is the first time this has come up with anyone or this person. I won't hide away from approaching a sensitive situation and discussing it to fix things for future.

@GalaxieRae In regards to the alleged incident. I have asked multiple times for more clarity and for those of whom we're contacted to be told to me but no response to those enquiries have been given.

@Elicurves If you know either of the teams members names or handles you reached out to please let me be aware because they are obviously not safe people I would want in or around my spaces. That goes for anyone else who you know made you feel unsafe. Please let me know. Thank you

@Elicurves Once more, there's been no attempt to invalidate you in just responding to you with the points you stated in the start. If I'm wrong and fault was done on our side then that's for us to work on for not being more diligent.

@Elicurves Again, I hear what you're saying but none of this was brought to my attention by neither security nor anyone else who was assisting on the night which seems crazy to me because a full verification debrief happens after the events.

@Elicurves In no way am I trying to undermine the effects of S/A or what you said and I can only apologise for that experience you expressed. But with what you're saying, something doesn't add up. I'm more than willing to have a conversion with you on the matter but that is up to you.

@Elicurves I know the exact event you attended and who you attended with. I saw you multiple times within the event and not once anything was mentioned. You messaged after you left thanking me so I'm actually confused as to where this is coming from.

@Elicurves I fully agree with the fact that if you or anyone experienced S/A then definitely of course you should speak on it. But you've never made an approach about it (like you stated you did). I'm only responding on the words you've said.

@Elicurves There is twitter and WhatsApp conversations from Nov 2020 to Nov 2021 from any interaction between yourself and the brand. Anyone else of whom you've spoken to outside of this account and the WhatsApp number was not a part of the communication you started you had.

@Elicurves If you look at the comments you made, you stated that one of the hosts was "too preoccupied to care" and another one that you reached out to "blocked" you. So there was communication made which I've stated that there was not and I have proof. There is nothing to hide on my side

@Elicurves And furthermore I have our last conversation still. There has been no mention whatsoever of this alleged incident. If you want I can send you the screen shot of this or if you have the same number from back then I can message you so the conversation comes up. THIS IS DEFAMATION!

@Elicurves Okay, first and foremost. S/A is not a joke or something to be thrown around like that! Secondly, this is the FIRST & ONLY time this alleged situation's been brought to light. EVER! So I'm sorry that happened to you but it was NOT at one of our events! Please don't spread lies!
