@BecomingaThera That I am capable of being a therapist. My 21 year old self pursuing her Masters degree was so worried that I wouldn't be able to handle it. Turns out I can!

@LMFTherapistVA 1. My anxiety has become less intense. It's not gone, I'm just having a healthier relationship with it. 2. I'm a lot more comfortable with ambiguity in life, which also helps with anxiety. 🌱

@OllieWorkWise Being intentional towards my morning routine. And keeping my phone away by 9 pm + sleeping by 10 pm.

@itsgben 2. We like structure because structure is safety and predictability. But that's usually not how things work. Control gives us a false sense of safety. Atleast it did to me.

@itsgben I've had so many conversations about this in therapy. Here are my two cents: 1. Having control doesn't make me happy. It makes me take on more responsibilities, which makes me more stressed. And that's not a happy state. It's simple a less anxious state.
