I have suicidal thoughts every week. I haven’t told anyone. I know I won’t follow through. But for a few mins every week I just think maybe it’s the only option. I know its dumb. Even my best friends don’t know. I’m too scared to bring it up

My anxiety and depression has never be treated. I’ve just learned what I have after years of dealing with it. I haven’t even told my best mates

I find it so hard to sleep. All I do is worry and stress. I feel so lonely and helpless even tho I have some amazing people around me.

I feel down 5 days a week. I can’t help it. It isn’t bad. But sometimes I loose so much energy. I try meet up with friends and be around them to distract me of the bad thoughts. They don’t know that tho. But when I’m with my best friends I’m happy again for now
