I bless the day I came across this verse because, honestly, Romans 8:1–2 came into my life like spiritual ammunition. It changed my life and helped me understand my position in Christ. After I gave my life to Christ, the devil apparently decided, “Hmm… this one is getting serious. Let’s send somebody.” He came through a friend, trying to convince me that I was still in bondage and not truly free. And as if that wasn’t enough, he also showed up in my dreams, accusing me and reminding me of my past. But what the devil didn’t know was that God had already put a weapon in my hand before the battle even started. A little while before all of this happened, I came across Romans 8:1–2. I remember getting stuck on those verses for several minutes. I memorised them. I kept going back to read them again and again. At the time, I didn’t realise why those verses were hitting me so deeply. I didn’t know God was basically saying, “Keep this one. You’re going to need it.” And when the warfare came, that Word became my answer. When the enemy came accusing me, I didn’t argue with him about my past. I didn’t try to prove myself to him. I simply stood on what God had already said: “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.” You said I’m still in bondage? The Word says I’ve been set free. You said I’m condemned? The Word says there is now no condemnation. You brought up my past? Jesus has already dealt with my sin. That verse became more than something I had memorised. It became a sword I used in the battle. Sometimes God will make you pay attention to a particular Scripture long before you understand why. You think you’re just reading the Bible. Meanwhile, God is quietly putting ammunition in your spiritual arsenal. “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:1–2

I have remained consistent in my belief, and I will continue to hold firmly to it. Jesus is truly human and truly God. He is God in the flesh, the Word of God, the second Person of the Trinity. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. This is what I believe, and I will hold on to this faith until the day I leave this world.😌

@NiallHarbison ‘.. what comes after we pass..’ There’s an afterlife that’s eternal in heaven. The only way there is through Jesus who loves us, died for us and saves us. I’ve heard we’ll see the pets we’ve loved there in heaven❤️🐾❤️ and there with God, there’s no more death or tears or pain

I will never get over Hagar giving God the name El Roi — “The God Who Sees Me.” There is something deeply prophetic about this encounter. Hagar was in the wilderness. She had been mistreated, rejected and sent away. She was carrying pain that nobody seemed to understand. But in the wilderness, God found her. She discovered something that every child of God must never forget: You can be forgotten by people and still be fully remembered by God. You can be overlooked by men and still be seen by heaven. You can cry in secret and still have a God who sees every tear. You can go through a season where nobody understands what you are carrying, yet God knows every detail. He sees the tears you wipe before anyone notices. He sees the prayers you whisper when you don't even have the strength to pray loudly. He sees the rejection. He sees the disappointment. He sees the waiting. He sees the battles you don't talk about. He sees the sacrifices nobody celebrates. He sees you. And what makes this even more beautiful is that God didn't merely see Hagar—He spoke to her, instructed her, and revealed Himself to her. Sometimes the wilderness is not evidence that God has abandoned you. Sometimes it becomes the place where you discover a dimension of God you had never known before. Hagar entered the wilderness as a woman who had been rejected, but she came out knowing Him as El Roi. And perhaps someone reading this needs to hear this today: God has not lost sight of you. The season may be confusing, but He sees you. The tears may be many, but He sees you. The waiting may be long, but He sees you. The doors that closed may have left you wondering what God is doing, but He sees you. And when you cannot understand His hand, trust His heart. This is why I cannot boast in myself. Who can truly say: “I am nothing without Jesus”? I am nothing without His grace. Nothing without His mercy. Nothing without His presence. Nothing without the blood of Jesus. Everything I have, everything I am becoming, and every testimony that will ever come from my life is because of Him. Jesus, You are not just part of my life. You are my life. El Roi, the God who sees me. The God who sees you. The God who sees every hidden tear. And the God who is still writing the story.

Jesus has a cleaning service, and His specialty is cleaning up lives. He can cleanse you from your sins, wash away your rebellion, clean you up from the mess you’ve made, and purify you from all unrighteousness. You may think your life is too messy, too broken, or too far gone, but Jesus specializes in making all things new. Come as you are. He knows exactly how to clean you up.

I am a living witness of the transforming power of Jesus Christ. He found me where I was, lifted me out of the miry clay, and gave me a new life. What Jesus has done for me, He can do for you too. Open the door. Let Him in. Jesus changes lives.

Even when it’s hard. Trust in Jesus.

David sinned more. Saul’s response cost him everything. Saul disobeyed a clear command. He spared what God told him to destroy, then dressed it up as worship. When Samuel confronted him, Saul’s first move was denial: “I have performed the commandment of the Lord.” Then blame: “The people took the spoil.” Then a thin confession mixed with image management: “I have sinned… yet honor me now before the elders.” Rebellion dressed as regret. Pride that would not bow. God tore the kingdom from him. David committed adultery and arranged a murder. He covered it for months. When Nathan pointed at him and said, “You are the man,” David did not negotiate, minimize, or protect his reputation. He said two words that changed the story: “I have sinned against the Lord.” No excuses. No “the people.” No “honor me before Israel.” Just ownership before God. The Lord put away his sin. The consequences remained, but the relationship was restored. David became the man after God’s own heart, not because he sinned less, but because he broke when God spoke. The difference was never the size of the failure. It was the posture of the heart when the Word came close. Saul wanted to keep the throne and look spiritual. David wanted to be right with God, even if it cost him everything else. How we respond to the Lord when we are rebuked is more significant than the sin that brought the rebuke. Sin is real. Pride after sin is what hardens a heart. Repentance is what God still meets. The question is not “Have I failed?” We all have. The question is: When He confronts us, do we explain, or do we fall?

I know with certainty that there is hope for the darkest of stories because the Light of the World has come. His name is Jesus, and He brings life to dead places, forgives sins, and heals the broken and wounded.

In the beginning, God’s design for men and women was never rooted in competition, but in a beautiful, harmonious completion. When God created woman, He designed her to be a ezer kenegdo: a Hebrew phrase often translated as "helper suitable for him." Far from implying inferiority, this term denotes a crucial counterpart. Man was incomplete on his own; woman was designed to bring unique strengths, perspectives, and qualities that perfectly balanced and complimented him. Together, they reflected the full image of God. They were two distinct parts of a grand, unified whole, designed to walk side-by-side in perfect partnership. So, where did the modern "men versus women" battleground come from? The relentless division, bitterness, and power struggles we see today are not a feature of God’s original design, they are a direct result of the Fall. In Genesis 3, sin entered the world and instantly fractured the perfect unity between man and woman. The curse of the Fall introduced distortion into our relationships, turning a beautiful partnership into a battle of wills, control, and resentment. The culture’s current discourse (which often pits genders against each other as adversaries) is simply the ongoing echo of that brokenness. We were never meant to fight for dominance or view the other gender as the enemy. Men and women were created to be allies, designed by a wise Creator to complete the picture of humanity together. When we look past the noise of worldly division and return to the biblical blueprint, we find that we don't need to compete. We are called to honor, serve, and lift each other up, restoring the beautiful harmony God intended from the very start.
