@Uber_Support Uber support You had a robot answer me, even from Twitter!!! I can’t reach a human to discuss. I sent several responses that I spent hours on & you had a robot respond. So, I messaged random words like “bla bla bla hit ground forest bla“ and I got the same responses as I got B4

Uber says because of the emphasis on safety they deactivated my vehicle before contacting me on the word of someone who ordered but didn’t take the ride. Then they are too cheap to hire anyone to communicate with the driver instead they have a robot handle it.

Uber’s disrespect and mistreatment takes me off the road for the entire weekend as the robot demands a mechanics inspection and receipt before I can use my van again. Last weekend I made 700 & I need it. I do this full time it’s my livelihood & without warning they take it away.

In the state of California uber by law is supposed to be treating us as employees. They ignore the new law & contine to abuse us like this. There is nothing wrong with my doors they were locked. This happened on a mountain in a snow storm. I was working hard & driving safely.

@Uber @Uber_Support Does Uber use computers or Robots to respond on Twitter like they do in support. Is there any way to communicate with a human? Uber Corp treats its Drivers atrociously and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEM OR THE RIDERS. As a driver I have a story that proves it

No person from Uber will speak to me about this. They just let a computer handle everything. Anyone that can help me expose this blatant mistreatment of the people who drive for Uber please contact me
