So. What do you do when you have no rational solutions to the crises we face? You go to the demagogue’s playbook of spreading racism and hatred. No, Mr. President. Abdul El-Sayed is not “a RADICAL Extremist, Terrorist Sympathizer.” He is a medical doctor who wants to guarantee healthcare for all, raise wages for workers, end your “endless wars” and stop U.S. support for the extremist Netanyahu government in Israel. In 1960, bigots said: “Don’t vote for John F. Kennedy. He’s Catholic.” They failed. In 2008, bigots said: “Don’t vote for Barack Obama. He’s Black.” They failed. In 2026, bigots like Trump are saying: “Don’t vote for Abdul El-Sayed. He’s Muslim.” They will also fail. The people of Michigan will not fall for Trump’s racism and hatred.
