Did you know if you put all the DNA molecules in your body end to end, the DNA would reach from the Earth to the Sun and back over 600 times! Years 7&8 had great fun learning about DNA as well as the solar system. Some great projects to demonstrate their learning 👍🏼

Dissecting hearts today! A hands on practical science lesson for the year 5&6 as they searched for the main artery, veins and identifying the difference between the left and right side. They also saw the heart strings and made a sketch from the real life model. #dissection

An adventure filled day for us all today, reaching 30 feet above ground level! Children were energised and full of excitement as they conquered the tree top nets at Go Ape. Finished the trip with a peaceful stroll along the breathtaking lake at Black Park. #Buildingmemories
A ‘Keeping Children Safe’ day at NMLC today with a parent workshop; years 4-8 had a talk on personal safety and years 1-3 had a session on stranger danger. A huge thank you to Metropolitan Police for helping to educate our children in such an important topic.
