My husband and I had to get an emergency visa for India as my mother in law was very ill. Unfortunately she passed away. We are Canadian citizens and have a death certificate. We will quarantine at home. How can we get exception to the hotel? @TravelGoC @VoyageGdC

@ServiceOntario I filled the online application for plate sticker renewal and gave my credit card, but received an error message. When I sign on to online banking, I see that MTO charged the fee. I didn't receive an email to print and drive with. Can you please contact me, thanks

@ZARA_Care I returned my entire order via Canada Post in one box but only received return receipt for 5/7 items. Why haven't I been refunded for the full amount?

@ZARA I have an issue with refund. Due to covid, all malls are closed. I returned my entire shipment to Zara via mail and have only been reimbursed for a few products. Can someone please contact me to tell me what's going on? Thank you.

@HoltRenfrew So frustrating that you advertise sales and when orders are placed, you don't ship them. I placed 2 orders during BF sale and one was cancelled, while the other isn't being shipped. Are you waiting for items to sell at regular price and then cancel sale orders?

@HoltRenfrew I'm a regular customer and have had a great experience when stores were open. Since your Black Friday sale, your ecomm has been by far the worst experience. My order has been cancelled twice, I've had to wait an hour on the phone and still no resolution. #poorservice
