New @OECD paper out! We show how monetary policy shocks shape #productivity. A 25 bp tightening (easing) reduces (increases) within-firm productivity growth by about 0.7 pp over 5 years. Easing can raise labour misallocation by up to 7 %. Read more ➡️oecd.org/en/publication…
