@SamsungUS It is beyond ridiculous that an order I placed on 10/9, was charged for on 10/11 is still listed as "preparing for shipment" and your chat reps seem to be blaming @UPS for the delay
Hey @SamsungMobileUS , your chatbot help agent just ended our conversation without resolving my issue or even asking if I had anything else that I needed assistance with. An order I placed on 10/9/26 and was charged for on 10/11/26 still has not shipped.
Hey @SamsungMobileUS, You charged my CC 9 days ago but my order still has not shipped. Your Chatbots are useless because all they do is apologize for the delay and ask me to be patient.
@AnxietyOCDTx Definitely a misconception, that's what I always thought OCD was until mine was diagnosed. Still trying to figure out which has greater control of me, OCD, Depression, or Social Anxiety.
