Replying publicly intentionally. Aidan, you sound great. Intelligent, informed and kind. But my show is not about debates or "setting the record straight". I provide some counter-arguments at the end, but what you believe is up to you. I've been clear that I don't believe in Bigfoot. But the stories are fun. That's the point. The Basement is a storytelling show - not a news show. I don't believe a lot of the stories, but I enjoy them. My audience is intelligent enough to do their own research. I appreciate you reaching out with kindness. Thank you for that.

At the end of every basement interview, I break down the conversation. I address big claims and tell you what I could prove and what I couldn't. I push back gently during the conversation but rarely. It's a storytelling show. I want to hear the story. Not interested in debating. Analysis at the end.
Why has @OMGTheWhyFiles done such a huge 180 lately? What happened to "There's always a book" and "DOPSR approved whistleblowers"? Hardly any, if any pushback at all.

Totally agree. Clips channel launching very soon so you can watch your favorite guests and topics without sitting through the whole thing. That's how I consume podcasts. I can't be the only one.
