@Hermesparcels How the chuff do I actually speak to someone in your sorry outfit?! Waiting two days now for someone to collect this parcel. No method to contact you. Going round in circles. Utter crap.

@affinitybyserif has anyone else reported a bug to you in Designer 1.7 for Mac, whereby the Layers panel stops allowing items to be re-ordered? It seems to need the programme to be closed and restarted to bring it back to normal behaviour again....

@Monotype @FontExplorerX Okay, thanks for the speedy reply - Rolled back to 6.0.5 and usable again. Bit awkward though... quality control and all that 🤨

@coopuk So, Elliot, when I buy a lettuce from my local market or greengrocer that consequently doesn’t come with a plastic wrap and a label on it, are both the vendor and I incapable of deducing the freshness and quality of said lettuce? And what about the veg you sell loose?

@coopuk one of your stores just refused to sell me an iceberg lettuce because the label had fallen off it. When I enquired I was told it would be chucked away. Unsellable with no date, apparently. Offered to rescue it for free but was refused. Do you always waste food like this?

@OnlyConnectQuiz the word “apostrophes” is plural and shouldn’t have an apostrophe in it. #EpicFail

@SonyMusicGlobal @SonyMusicUK Download code not working through @wearevinyl for @bobdylan's #MoreBloodMoreTracks on release day. Reply from support says "there has been a delay in us obtaining the audio". Kind of shits on the point of pre-ordering an album, really.

@CCLcomputers refuse to refund a £200 monitor that went wrong after 6 months. Claiming it has to be pursued with the manufacturer as a "warranty issue". @MartinSLewis, @BBCRadio4 #youandyours would you care to remind them of their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015?

@TunnockOfficial The teacakes we bought today are hard and chewy. Not altogether unpleasant but a bit of a surprise. What’s going on? Did you give your marshmallow fluffer a day off?

@wunderground are you having server issues over the last few days? Pages keep not loading properly and incomplete data sporadically reporting from my PWS.

@adrianflux I've been waiting nearly two weeks for a new back window now due to @NatWindscreens incompetence. Utterly ridiculous.
